Refund & Return Policy

We hope you love your wxkoi pieces. If something is not quite right for you, we accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility To qualify for return, items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact, and in the same condition you received them. We do not carry final sale items; all our pieces are eligible for return when meeting the above requirements.

How to Start a Return Please email us at support@wxkoi.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will send return instructions and our return address. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Responsibility For non-defective returns: you will be responsible for return shipping cost. If your item arrives damaged, defective or we shipped the wrong item: we will cover return shipping and arrange replacement or refund.

Refund Timeline Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Refunds may take extra time to show up in your account depending on your bank provider.
